Herbal Workshop: ACV & Glycerin Immune

Build two immune-support extracts in one sitting, made entirely from dried herbs. Learn the difference between acid-based and glycerin-based extraction — same herbs, two menstruums, two very different results.

• Immune Oxymel — apple cider vinegar + raw honey, sharp and warming, adult daily tonic
• Immune Glycerite — vegetable glycerin, sweet and alcohol-free, gentle enough for kids
• Elderberry, ginger, cinnamon, orange peel, rosemary, garlic, horseradish, and black pepper — herb ID and benefits covered start to finish

You'll leave with two labeled 4 oz jars to macerate at home, a take-home guide with both recipes, herb benefit notes, dosing and storage info, and a framework for building your own extracts down the road.
