How to Use Your Herbal Bath Tea Bags
* Prepare Your Bath: Start filling your bathtub with warm to hot water. The temperature is a personal preference, but warmer water helps to steep the herbs and dissolve the magnesium flakes more effectively.
* Place the Tea Bag:
* Hang it: The easiest method is to hang your bath tea bag directly under the running water as the tub fills. This allows the water to circulate through the herbs and helps dissolve the magnesium flakes.
* Steep it: If you prefer, you can simply drop the tea bag directly into the bath water once it's about halfway full or completely full.
* Enhance the Infusion (Optional but Recommended):
* Once the tub is full, you can occasionally gently squeeze the tea bag to release more of the herbal essence and beneficial compounds into the water.
* Swish the water around to help fully dissolve the magnesium chloride flakes.
* Soak and Relax:
* Step into the bath and allow yourself to relax.
* Aim to soak for at least 20-30 minutes to allow your body to absorb the magnesium and benefit from the herbs and essential oils.
* Breathe deeply and enjoy the aroma and the soothing properties of the bath.
* After Your Bath:
* Once you're done, simply remove the tea bag from the tub. The herbs will be contained, making cleanup easy.
* You can compost the used herbs from the tea bag if you wish.
Important Tips:
* Test Water Temperature: Always test the bath water temperature before entering to ensure it's comfortable and safe.
* Stay Hydrated: Drink a glass of water before and after your bath, especially with detox blends, to aid your body's processes.
