"Sweet Dreams" A Recipe for an Aromatherapy Sleep Blend

Creating an aromatherapy blend for sleep can be a great way to promote relaxation and help you fall asleep easier. Here is a simple recipe for an essential oil blend for sleep:
Ingredients:
4 drops of lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil
3 drops of roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) essential oil
3 drops of cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica) essential oil
2 drops of sweet orange (Citrus sinensis) essential oil
Instructions:
● Add all the essential oils to a dark glass bottle.
Close the bottle tightly and shake well to mix the oils together.
● Add a few drops of the blend to a diffuser or to a cotton ball placed near your pillow.
● Alternatively, you can add a few drops of the blend to a carrier oil, such as jojoba or coconut oil, and use it as a massage oil before bedtime.

Using the proper Latin names for essential oils can be helpful to ensure that you are getting the correct oil, as some essential oils may have different common names depending on the region or language.
It's important to note that essential oils should never be applied directly to the skin and should always be diluted in a carrier oil or used in a diffuser. Also, be sure to check for any contraindications or sensitivities before using any essential oils.
